1. Add all items you wish to hire to cart. (You will be asked for your event date, mobile no. & email address as you add each item, you only need to complete these details for the first item you add then you can write the word DONE for each subsequent item).

2. Once you have added all items you wish to hire to cart you can proceed to checkout. Please go over and check your order and make sure that you have not hired more than the available quantity.

3. As a 50% deposit is required to secure your hire, please use the Coupon Code DEPOSIT at checkout. This will apply a 50% discount to your total which will then need to be paid at pick up or delivery of hires. (Please Note: DEPOSIT is case sensitive, so use upper case letters).

4. Once we receive your request to hire, we will firstly check that all items are available on your requested date. You will then receive a confirmation email. If any item is not available we will notify you immediately and if a suitable alternative cannot be met we will cancel the hire and a full refund will be issued.

5. Where items marked as 'delivery only' are hired you will also need to complete our Delivery Quote form. An invoice with delivery and or setup costs will then be issued to you for your approval. If you do not wish to go ahead with the hire we will then issue a full refund.
