DIY props listed on this website are available to be picked up from our showroom in Mill Park, Vic.
Delivery only props and event packages either require assembly or are of a fragile nature therefore we do not allow customer pick up. Additional delivery and/or set-up fees apply.
How to hire props through our website:
1. Please read ALL of these instructions first.
2. Go shopping! Add all the items you wish to hire to your shopping cart.
3. A minimum 25% deposit is required to secure your hire, please use the Coupon Code QUOTE at checkout, this will apply a 75% discount to your total which will then need to be paid once we have checked that all items are available on your requested date. (Please Note: QUOTE is case sensitive so use upper case letters).
4. A confirmation invoice will be emailed to you through PayPal with further information, instructions and will include any additional delivery and/or set up costs if required. The 25% deposit you have paid will be applied to the invoice. If any item(s) is not available we will notify you and if a suitable alternative cannot be met we will cancel the hire and a full refund of any amounts paid will be refunded.
5. If you do not wish to go ahead with the additional delivery and/or set up costs the invoice will also be cancelled and a full refund of any amounts paid will be refunded.
6. Complete the Get Quote form below.
