In General

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site, or the placement of an order, indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Sparkling Glamour Events reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw items from our range without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Placing Your Order

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD), GST inclusive. Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime and can be paid via PayPal. PayPal offers a variety of payment options, bank account, VISA, MasterCard or AMEX card. Alternatively, you can place your order by calling Sparkling Glamour directly on 03 8418 1790 and arrange pick up from Mill Park, Vic showroom.

PLEASE NOTE: some banks can take 24 to 48 hrs to process payments and your order will be processed once these payments have cleared into our account. 

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us.


Postage is charged at checkout for all props purchased through this website. To hire event decor items please fill in the Prop Hire Order Form and will then email you a proforma invoice for your approval any payment including any delivery and/or setup charges if applicable. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are GST inclusive. We currently service Australia Only. Your order will be delivered by registered mail (we use Australia Post). Please ensure you supply a street address as your delivery address (where someone can sign for your parcel) as we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses. Delivery is usually within 14-21 days of placing your order, excluding custom order items. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will make every effort to ensure priority delivery.

Out Of Stock Items

Most items are always in stock. However, from time to time certain items may be out of stock if this is the case we will contact you to advise. So please allow 3-8 weeks for delivery should this occur. If however, your items are unavailable because a product line has become discontinued, we will happily refund your order. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time and if you then decide to not proceed with your order, we will happily reverse any charges made to your account. Alternatively, if you would like to confirm if an item is available before you place an order, please feel free to contact us.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

Our items are of extremely high quality and we thoroughly check and carefully package prior to delivery. If however you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us to discuss appropriate action. We can offer an exchange or should the product be unavailable, we can provide a refund. Please report faulty or damaged items within 3 days of receiving your order.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

If you are not happy with your purchase then please return them to us within 7 business days of receipt of your order. Your items will be refunded or exchanged, less deductions for postage and packaging. Please send your return items by "Registered Post" with "insurance" so the package can be tracked. Returns by other means of transport will not be accepted. A refund will be given to you upon the receipt of your return, excluding shipping costs. We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Australia Post directly if this occurs.

We require all items to be returned in the condition that they were sent. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. Please Note: Pierced earrings and jewellery sets containing pierced earrings are strictly non-returnable due to Health & Hygiene Regulations. Please contact us if you are returning your order, by email enquiries@sparklingglamour.com and we will inform you of the address to return goods to. We reserve the right to reject a return if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.

Intellectual Property

This site is owned and operated by Sparkling Glamour Events. Unless otherwise specified, all information or materials appearing on this site, including any of our logos, text, site design, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Sparkling Glamour Events. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without Sparkling Glamour Events prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorised use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil action. 

Acceptance of orders: Sparkling Glamour Events reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer or to require verification of information prior to the acceptance of any order. In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Sparkling Glamour Events shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Sparkling Glamour Events shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled Sparkling Glamour Events shall immediately credit the amount of the incorrect price. Sparkling Glamour Events reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed online where fraud is suspected or a warning has been issued via our payment processing system. In this case, your order and payment will be cancelled and you will receive an email to confirm the action that has been taken.


All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Australia Post and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays. If an item is out of stock, your payment will be refunded and you will be notified of the refund. Sparkling Glamour is absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you.

Variation of content

Sparkling Glamour Events shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any of the content supplied in connection with the Service or which appears on any page of the Sparkling Glamour website.

Product Descriptions and Prices

We make every effort to provide a clear photograph and detailed written description of all our products including approximate measurements where appropriate. However, please note that 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed in measurements or photography of our items. Photographs of products may differ to the actual finish especially if items being photographed are naturally reflective and difficult to capture in an image - such as crystal stones. Any image on our website will be subject to variations in user screen resolution, colours etc. which are beyond our control.


Purchasing from Sparkling Glamour Events is an acknowledgement that you have read and are aware of our terms and conditions. The information on this website is provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge the information is accurate and current. Sparkling Glamour reserves the right to change any detail on the website at any stage, including prices.
